I tried SugarHill's recipe for asparagus soup last night. Good. Quite tasty, as far as murky, green stuff goes. The amount of asparagus is ridiculous but it blends down quite nicely. Be liberal with the parmesan.
Incidentally, the dish was cooked by my husband, who said, "Let's try out that asparagus soup recipe from SugarLumps." I was laughing so uncontrollably that I couldn't protest. Everyone, let's call SugarHill SugarLumps from now on.
