I was in the pool this morning at 7:00 AM!!! And this is HUGE because I am the most nocturnal person you can imagine. Usually I tell myself I'm going to work out in the morning but end up sleeping in and going at night (like at 10:00 PM, which means I don't get to bed until 1:00 AM at least...which only reinforces my desire to sleep in again the next day...and on and on).
But not today! I woke up at 6:47 AM, mentally willed my body out of the bed and into the pool for a 50 min workout, made a smoothie and now I am at work on time like a dependable, motivated employee and feeling accomplished.
What about y'all? Does anybody else work out or do...things...before work? It's so anathema to me but every time I do mornings it kind of blows my mind.
