As always, I aim for the most specific title possible. So apparently a local cable concern decided it would be a great idea to drum up business by putting door hanging advertisements on people's front doors. I live close to a colleague who's out of town for at least the next few weeks, and I think it would probably be a good idea to take it off his door (since, left unattended, it seems like an announcement to all local ne'er-do-wells that nobody is home).
The question is when—if I go over during the day or evening, there's a greater chance that someone might ask what I'm up to, and while it's easily explained, I just dislike talking to people so very, very much. On the other hand, if I stroll over during one of my nightly walks (usually after midnight), it would, presumably, look even stranger if anyone happens to be up and looking out the window at that time.
I should probably just head over now, right? That seems like the smarter play.
