My staffing company offers an email subscription service to job seekers, which allows them to receive emails whenever we put a new job up on our website. It's all managed by MailChimp, an automated mailing list system. Today, a job seeker contacted us to request that we please take the time to look at her resume each day and to only send her automated emails about jobs when she is actually qualified for those jobs. When I follow up with her, I think I'm going to ask if she'd like the notices hand-delivered to her as well.
