Between my flyover state attitude, the insane traffic, the fact that I can’t afford to photograph veal pens here, I have never been more frustrated with the idea of what America is.

Colorado, while smart on pot, is for the much greater part a very, red state. I don’t have a problem with working in this enviroment, but the smell makes me insane. After a rain, I am used to a sweet smell, and here it smells like shit. I don’t know how else to describe it. The “natives” tell me it is nitrogen escaping the soil, the hippies say it is the poor air quality from all of the suburu’s and oil trucks. I personally picture Colorado as a haven for confused people.

It is highly rated as a singles town, and my wife is a total yuppie, I have personally never ran into a bigger pack of entitled pieces of shit ever in my life.

I don’t know if any of you have ever seen a “native colorado” sticker on a car before, but I promise you, it means about as much as a “I heart NY” t-shirt.

Yeah, give me my fly over state, the 15 minutes to anywhere traffic, my familys dirty lake water boating, and my liberal mind noodling for some catfish out of the mouth of the platte river in the middle of the night. I like my home better, and frankly it was simpler.
