As part of a don't-do-what-Don-Draper-does style betterment plan, I signed up for a zombie run at the end of August, and downloaded a Couch to 5K app. I'm currently in the middle of Week 2 and so far I like it, but wouldn't mind some advice on keeping my knees intact/success stories.

Also, I CANNOT stop watching Stephanie Tanner Bandz A Make Her Dance. I think it might be that video from Infinite Jest.
