Does anyone here do Crossfit? My neighbor teaches classes, and well, with bikini season just around the corner (hah, like I would ever wear a bikini), it's time to step my fitness program. Plus, I'm getting bored and am ready for a new challenge.

I'm an olde, but pretty damned fit, so I think I can handle the workout, but is it worth the intentional pain? Anyone have any suggestions, such as "Hell, no, run fast and far away!"
