I know what you’re having for breakfast tomorrow. (Or ok, probably on a weekend, because honestly who’s cooking up breakfast on a weekday?) Probably not sugarhill though, and I suspect she will resent my using her brand for a vegetarian recipe.

It was so good, I had to share. Mine turned out better than the pictures on that site too. That NEVER happens. Look!


Such a success story. And it really was surprisingly reminiscent of the corned beef hash that my mom used to make (from a can, of course) when I was a little kid. Crispy salty goodness with little cubed potatoes (done smaller than the 1/2 inch the recipe recommends)... even the meat-eaters at the table thought it was delicious.
