As has been abundantly covered on these pages, I find egg recipes that involve any kind of runny yolks to be revolting. I mean, an omlette where things aren't completely set is okay, but that run-all-over-the-plate nonsense? Ugh. So, you'll be happy (or at least completely disinterested) to know that I've found an exception to the rule. Faced with one egg left in the carton and not knowing what to do with it, I gave the recipe in the video below a try. I liked it. You'll like it. You should make it.
