I have been working out at the gym, and I feel this unnatural rage. Maybe I am pumped, maybe I am a wimp, I don’t know, but if anybody has a link to some healthy body changes when you are working out, I would be more than happy to listen.
I usually make fun of people that work out but, I have been getting amped about it. I have been obsessively working out since I quit smoking. I really want to pump everybody up. It has made me kinda aggressive.
I am not kidding, I want to punch somebody in the face. I do about 30 minutes on the eliptical and fucking hit the bars for some good light reps. I am a fucking machine. I am just a bit disappointed I haven’t lost more weight. This has been interesting.
