Did you know that sometimes when you eat food in a country that’s not America, there can be spelling and grammar mistakes on the menu????? Isn’t that the craziest thing?! Those silly Singaporean catering companies, trying to speak English and stuff.

As an aside, the funniest thing I’ve ever seen on a translated menu was in France, where poulet fermier (essentially, a free-range chicken) was translated as “a fresh chicken farmer”. I laughed, but certainly didn’t feel the need to write a whole article about it.
